By default Think Different Print sends email notifications to only the order contact listed on each order and not all users listed in the Partner account. Our new notifications setup page in the user dashboard now allows the main user for each Partner to configure additional contacts for each notification so all team members can be informed of order updates.
The main user can customize each type of notification:
- Order Confirmation
- Proof Notification
- Shipping Notification
- Delivery Verification
Options include:
- Notify the main user about orders placed by staff users
- Notify staff users about orders placed by the main user or other staff users
- Send notifications to non-user email addresses*
* This feature is not yet available for proof review notifications.
