Advanced Notification Options

By default Think Different Print sends email notifications to only the order contact listed on each order and not all users listed in the Partner account. Our new notifications setup page in the user dashboard now allows the main user for each Partner to configure additional contacts for each notification so all team members can be informed of order updates.

The main user can customize each type of notification:

• Order Confirmation
• Proof Notification
• Shipping Notification
• Delivery Verification

Options include:

• Notify the main user about orders placed by staff users
• Notify staff users about orders placed by the main user or other staff users
• Send notifications to non-user email addresses*

Proofing is now integrated with Think Different Print so you’ll be able to handle all of your ordering and review in one place. Features include:

My Proofs Page

• This page lists orders with pending proofs and is accessible from your dashboard or user menu.
• The list clears out as you process proofs and will be empty if you’re all caught up.

Proof Approval Screen

• This page shows details including your product, art file name and a small preview of your proof. Click to the preview enlarge it.
• Comments from our production team will also be displayed here.
• Either approve your proof or reject and upload new art. You can send comments to our team if needed.
• Once finished, submit your changes and your order will continue processing.

Detailed Report

• A PDF report for your proof can be generated by clicking the Detailed Report button. The report will open in a new tab and you can download it for your records.
• The report lists order and product details, shows the dieline for cutting and also will preview white ink coverage if applicable.

Notifications

• You’ll receive an email notification directly from Think Different Print when your proofs are ready for review.
• We’ll also display a pop-up window at log in that contains a link to the My Proofs page.
• A badge showing the number of proofs to review will also be displayed on the user icon and the My Proofs menu
